Who Can Apply for JEE Main 2026 Session 2?
For JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Aspirants

- Log in using your existing Application Number and Password.
- Select your Paper (Course), Medium of Paper, and your preferred Exam Cities.
- Pay the Session 2 fee to finalise your registration.
For New JEE Main 2026 Applicants
If this is your first time applying for the 2026 cycle, you’ll need to start from scratch.
- Head to the official portal: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Take a moment to read the official JEE Main Information Bulletin.
- Complete the registration, upload your documents, and pay the fee before the 25 February cutoff.
Crucial NTA JEE Main 2026 Guidelines
The NTA is quite strict about its protocols. Here are the important ones to keep in mind:
- The ‘One Application’ Rule: This is non-negotiable. Do not submit more than one form. If the NTA detects multiple application numbers for the same person, it’s treated as ‘Unfair Means’ (UFM), which could lead to disqualification now or even later in the process.
- Double-Check Your Contact Info: Make sure the email and mobile number you provide belong to you or your parents. All official updates, OTPs, and results will be sent only via these channels.
Final Words for Aspirants
The registration window is your first step. Once this is out of the way, you can put 100% of your energy back into your preparation. Whether you’re chasing a higher percentile or appearing for the first time, follow the instructions to the letter and get your application in early.
