Instructions for Maharashtra Schools Regarding Online Application Forms for Std. 10 Examination 2026
- All schools must fill in the correct information regarding the school, institution, approved subjects, and teachers in the School Profile before filling out the students’ application forms and send it to the Board.
- After all student application forms are filled and submitted, during the specified application period, a Pre-List will be made available through the school’s login (School Login). The school must take a printout of this list and verify all details mentioned in the application forms with the General Register to ensure accuracy.
- The concerned students must sign on the Pre-List confirming that the information is correct. Similarly, the Headmaster must sign and stamp every page of the Pre-List to certify that the information has been verified.
- Since Std. 10 exam forms 2026 will be accepted only through the online mode, students must fill their SSC application forms through their respective schools.
The Headmasters of all schools must take note of the following important points while filling the Maharashtra SSC online application forms:
- To accept online application forms for regular SSC students, the school must have updated student records with PEN-ID in the UDISE+ system. Application forms for regular students can only be filled using this UDISE+ PEN-ID.
- The details of repeater students, private candidates (who have received an Enrolment Certificate), grade improvement students, students appearing for additional subjects, and ITI students (appearing through Transfer of Credit from Industrial Training Institutes) are not available in UDISE+. Therefore, their SSC Std. 10 application forms must be filled online as per the prevailing procedure within the prescribed dates.
- The APAAR-ID, if available for any student, must be entered while filling the application form.
- All secondary schools must pay the exact examination fee amount as mentioned in the Online Challan received through the website, by transferring it via RTGS/NEFT from any bank to the Virtual Account of ICICI Bank mentioned on the challan.
- The copy of the challan and the Pre-List must be submitted to the Divisional Board within the stipulated deadline.
- After payment, schools must confirm that the application status of all students included in that challan has changed from ‘Draft’ to ‘Send to Board’ and the payment status from ‘Not Paid’ to ‘Paid’.
- Only those applications that show ‘Send to Board’ and ‘Paid’ status will be considered received by the Board and further processed. The remaining applications will stay in the Draft section and no action will be taken on them.
- The Board will not accept any fees in cash.
- Schools can generate one or more challans by selecting the filled application forms as required. However, while making payment, each challan must be paid separately, so that the payment status of all students included in that challan gets updated correctly.
- The examination fees for all students whose application forms have been submitted must be paid through RTGS/NEFT into the Virtual Account mentioned in the computer-generated challan.
- The Headmaster is responsible for verifying that the payment made via RTGS/NEFT has been actually debited from the school’s bank account, and in case of an incorrect account number or IFSC code, that the amount has been credited back to the school’s account.
- Admit cards will not be issued for students whose examination fees have not been paid in full.
- No extension will be granted for the last date of submission of Std. 10 application forms with late fees. All concerned should take due note of this.
