As the Maharashtra SSC Exam 2026 draws closer, one document becomes essential for every student on exam day, the SSC hall ticket.

To ensure a smooth and stress-free examination process, the Maharashtra State Board has issued clear guidelines on the online availability, download, verification, and correction of Std. 10 hall tickets.

Maharashtra SSC Std. 10 Hall Ticket 2026 Availability

The MSBSHSE, Pune has officially informed all affiliated secondary schools about the availability of online hall tickets for the SSC Examination February–March 2026

All registered students across divisional Boards will receive their hall tickets only through the online system.

Maharashtra SSC 2026 Std. 10 Hall Ticket Download

  1. Only schools are authorised to download SSC 2026 hall tickets
  2. Students should not attempt to download hall tickets on their own
  3. Schools can download hall tickets online
  4. Print and distribute them to students
  5. Affix the school stamp
  6. Ensure principal/headmaster’s signature

Note: No additional fee should be charged to students for printing the hall ticket.

Maharashtra SSC 2026 Hall Ticket Availability Based on Application Status

Students with ‘Paid’ Application Status

  • Hall tickets will be available under the ‘Paid Status Admit Card’ option
  • Schools should verify payment status before downloading

Late Fees, Extra Seat Numbers, and Delayed Applications

Students who submitted applications late or were allotted extra seat numbers, their hall tickets will be available via: ‘Extra Seat No. Admit Card’ and ‘Late Paid Status Admit Card

Maharashtra SSC 2026 Hall Ticket Verification of Student Details

Before distributing Maharashtra SSC 2026 hall tickets, schools and parents must carefully verify all the following student details:

  • Student’s full name
  • Mother’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth

Even a small spelling error can create issues on the day of the examination or during result processing.

Photo-Related Issues on Maharashtra SSC 2026 Hall Ticket

If a hall ticket has a missing photograph or an unclear/defective photo, then the following instructions have to be followed:

  • A recent passport-size photograph must be pasted
  • The photograph must be signed and stamped by the school head

Duplicate SSC Hall Ticket: If the Original Is Lost

In case a student misplaces their hall ticket:

  • Schools must reprint the hall ticket
  • The reissued copy should clearly mention ‘Duplicate’ in red ink
  • It must be duly signed and stamped by the school authority
  • Correction Process for Errors in Hall Ticket

How Schools Can Apply for Corrections in Maharashtra SSC 2026 Hall Ticket

Use the ‘Application Correction’ link on the official website

  • Pay the prescribed correction fee
  • Submit the request to the divisional Board for approval
  • Once approved, corrected SSC 2026 hall tickets can be downloaded via the ‘Correction Admit Card’ option

Subject or medium-related corrections must be done by personally contacting the divisional Board, following existing procedures.
