The Maharashtra State Board has issued an important notification regarding hall ticket corrections for Divyang (differently-abled) students appearing for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC Std. 10) Examination, February–March 2026, specifically for Work Education subjects.
This update is crucial for schools, principals, and students to ensure that no Divyang student is deprived of appearing for their examination due to incorrect dates on the hall ticket.
Why Divyang Students’ Hall Tickets Need Correction for SSC Board Exam 2026?
As per earlier communications, the written and practical examination dates for Work Education subjects for Divyang students were revised. However, the following points have been observed:
- The hall tickets currently issued still reflect old dates
- These dates are not aligned with the Board’s final printed timetable
To address this mismatch, the Board has directed schools and divisional Boards to immediately correct the hall tickets.

- Ensure corrections are completed before the examination dates
- Take full responsibility to ensure no student misses an exam due to incorrect information
Role of Divisional Boards
Divisional Boards must monitor and confirm that all corrections are completed. They should also ensure 100% compliance by schools. And guarantee that no Divyang student is excluded from the examination process.
