Who Needs to Fill the SSC Application Form 2026?
The application process is for all students who will be appearing for the SSC Board Exams 2026 in February and March. This includes:
- Regular students enrolled through Maharashtra State Board affiliated schools
- Private candidates, that is, students who are applying for the Board exam independently
- Students from ITI (Industrial Training Institute) under the Transfer of Credit system

Process for SSC 2026 Application Form
The Maharashtra State Board has guided all students to use their PEN-ID from the UDISE portal for filling the application form. Students from all categories, that is, school and private candidates and candidates applying under the transfer of credit system are advised to fill the application form carefully without committing any errors.

Scheduled Dates for the Submission of SSC Application Forms 2026
The process of filling of the application forms will start form 15 September, 2025. The last date for submitting the application form for all candidates is 06 October, 2025.
Payment of Fees for Maharashtra SSC Application Form 2026
- The circular highlights that schools and candidates must pay the examination fees via RTGS/NEFT only.
- Schools should collect the fees from the respective students and make a consolidated payment to the Board.
- Once the payment is made, the receipt must be uploaded online as proof for the candidates.
- Parents and students are advised to confirm the exact fee structure with their school before making any payments.
Important Instructions for Std. 10 Board Exams 2026 Application Forms
- After submission of all application forms , the Pre-List will be made available from the login of the secondary schools within the application period. Secondary schools should take a printout of the Pre-List and verify all the information mentioned in the application form by the students as per the General Register and ensure that it is correct.
- The signature of the concerned students should be taken on the said Pre-List to confirm the information.
- The principal must also sign each page of the Pre-List with a stamp to confirm the verification.
- The facility of filling the online applications of regular students from the PEN-ID in UDISE + has been provided to secondary schools. If you are not registered in UDISE +, then your application can be submitted by filling the complete information.
- Since UDISE+ does not consist of the information of re-examiners, private candidates who have received an Enrollment Certificate, students appearing for the examination by taking upgradation and rare subjects, ITI (Students taking Transfer of Credit through Industrial Training Institute) students, the application forms of such students have to be filled online on the dates fixed in the prevailing manner.
