- The application forms of regular students appearing for the upcoming 2026 Maharashtra Board exams must be filled by the college principals of the respective junior colleges. The forms can be filled only through online mode using the PEN-ID from the UDISE+ system.
- Students falling under various categories, such as those from the vocational stream, repeaters, private candidates with an Enrollment Certificate, and those under the 'class improvement scheme,' are required to fill out their application forms. The application forms for these students, as well as those appearing for isolated subjects and credit transfer students from ITIs, must be completed by the principals of their respective junior colleges using the prescribed method.
- All applications must be submitted through the official website of the Maharashtra State Board.
Final Date of Submission of Application Forms for Std. 12 HSC Exams
All applicants, that is, the regular students (all streams), vocational stream students, repeaters, private students, students from the ‘Class Improvement Scheme’, isolated subject students, and ITI transfer of credit students must fill their application forms from 8 September, 2025 (Monday) to 30 September, 2025 (Tuesday).

- The dates for colleges to submit the list of students along with the RTGS/NEFT payment receipt will be announced later.
- Before filling out the application forms, all junior colleges must ensure that their college profile, including details about the college, institution, recognised subjects, and teachers, is correctly filled out and submitted to the State Board.
- After submitting the application forms, colleges will receive a pre-list from their login. They must take a printout of the list and cross-verify all the information of students against their general register to ensure accuracy.
- Students must sign the pre-list to confirm that their information is correct. The principal of the college must also sign and stamp each page of the pre-list after accurate verification.
- Since the application process is online, students must submit their applications through their higher secondary schools or junior colleges only.
- If a regular student's information is not present in the UDISE+ system, their application can still be submitted by filling in all the required details.
