Important Dates and Process Overview
Registration and Application
From May 26, 2025 (11:00 AM) to June 5, 2025 (2:00 PM): Students must register online and submit their application forms. They can select up to 10 preferred junior colleges. Applications for Management, Minority, and In-house quotas are also accepted in this Zero Round.
Provisional Merit List
June 5, 2025: A temporary merit list will be released. This list is subject to corrections based on student feedback.
Correction Window
June 7 to June 9, 2025: Students can submit correction requests through the Grievance Redressal option. Officials will review and finalise the data.
Final Merit List and Quota Seat Allocation
June 11, 2025: The corrected final merit list will be published. Students under Management, Minority, and In-house quotas will also receive their allocations.
Quota Admissions (Zero Round)
June 12 to June 14, 2025: Students must visit the allotted college, verify documents, and pay fees to confirm admission.
CAP Round 1 – The Main Admission Phase

Students must confirm their admission by clicking 'Proceed for Admission', uploading documents, physically verifying at college, and paying fees. Note: If a student gets their first preference, confirming admission is required. Failure to confirm will block participation in Rounds 2-4. Cancelling confirmed admission will also exclude the student from the next round. |
| 03 July, 2025 | College Admission Portal Update | Colleges will update the admission details of students on the Official Portal. |
| 04 July, 2025 | Display of vacant seats and CAP options for the next round | The vacant seats and CAP (Centralised Admission Process) options for the next round will be displayed. |

July 5, 2025: A list of available seats for Round 2 will be published, including remaining quota seats.
