As the CBSE Board Exams 2025 approach, you might often find yourself battling stress, anxiety, and the pressure to perform well. This leads to the formation of a serious question:
How can you overcome the inevitable stress that accompanies exams?
Recognising these challenges, the CBSE has once again stepped in with its Psycho-Social Counselling Program, starting from 01 February 2025. In this blog, you will find out how this program can help students stay calm, confident, and focused during this crucial time.
What Is the Psycho-Social Counselling Program?
Designed to support Class 10 and 12 students appearing for the Board exams, this program aims to provide expert guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies for you to navigate exam-related stress.
The counselling session will be conducted in two phases: during the exam period and after the results are declared. This program is free of charge. The first phase of counselling will be conducted between 01 February to 04 April, 2025.
