The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a public notice regarding the submission of ‘student’s own scribe details’ for PwD/PwBD candidates appearing for NEET (UG) 2026.
The NTA is conducting the NEET (UG) 2026 Examination on 03 May, 2026 in pen and paper mode.
Availability of Portal for Scribe Details
The portal for opting and submitting own scribe details by concerned PwD/PwBD candidates will remain open up to 21 April, 2026 till 11:50 p.m.
Steps to Register Your Own Scribe Details
Step 1: Login to the Candidate Portal
You need to log in using your application number and password through the official login link provided by NTA.
Step 2: Click on ‘Register Scribe Details’
After logging in, you must click on the ‘Register Scribe Details’ button available on the your home page. This button will be visible only to you if had opted for your own scribe.
Step 3: Fill in the Scribe Information
You must then choose the scribe option and enter the required scribe details.
Step 4: Verify the Submitted Details
Once submitted, the details will be reflected in ‘View Application Form’ link on the left-hand side of the your home page and on the confirmation page.
Conclusion
If you are a PwD and PwBD candidate appearing for NEET (UG) 2026, you must submit your scribe details before 21 April, 2026, 11:50 PM. You are advised to complete the process on time and keep checking the official NTA website for further updates.
