The supplementary examination for Std. 10 students will be conducted during June–July 2026.

The Maharashtra SSC 2026 results were declared online on 8 May, 2026. Following the declaration of results, the Board has now opened the application process for students who wish to appear for the supplementary examination.

Who Can Apply for Maharashtra SSC Supplementary Exam 2026?
- The following categories of students are eligible to apply online:
- If you failed the SSC February-March 2026 examination.
- If you are a repeater student.
- If you are a private candidate who had earlier received enrolment certificates but did not appear for the February-March 2026 examination.
- If your are applying under the Class Improvement Scheme.
- If you are applying for ITI subject transfer of credit under the Skill Set initiative.
How to Apply for Maharashtra SSC Supplementary Exam 2026
You must fill out the application form online through your respective secondary schools on the Board’s official website.

Important Instructions Issued by Maharashtra State Board
The Board has issued several important guidelines for schools and students regarding the supplementary examination process.
Pre-List Verification Process
After you submit your application forms online:
- Schools can access the pre-list through the school login portal
- Schools must print and verify all student details with the General Register
- You must sign the pre-list confirming that all the information is correct
- Headmasters must sign and stamp every verified page of the pre-list
This step is mandatory before final submission to the Divisional Board.
SSC Supplementary Exam 2026 Rules for Failed Students
If you failed the February-March 2026 examination, you can directly use your previous examination details while filling the online application form.
This reduces the need to re-enter data manually and helps avoid errors.
Maharashtra SSC Class Improvement Scheme 2026
If you are appearing under the Class Improvement Scheme, you will receive three consecutive examination opportunities, subject to Board rules and conditions.
Eligible students who passed the February-March 2026 examination can appear in:
- June–July 2026
- February–March 2027
- June–July 2027
This gives you additional chances to improve your scores without repeating the entire academic process.
ITI Transfer of Credit Students
If you are seeking Transfer of Credit for Skill Set or ITI subjects, you must:
- Fill out the online application form
- Submit hard copies of forms and required documents to the Divisional Board through the prescribed process
The Board has clearly stated that online submission alone will not be sufficient.
Maharashtra SSC Supplementary Exam Fees Payment Rules
All secondary schools must deposit the exact examination fee amount through NEFT or RTGS.
The payment must be transferred to the ICICI Bank Virtual Account mentioned on the online challan generated through the Board website.
The Board has specifically instructed schools:
- Not to use old challans of Bank of India, HDFC Bank or Axis Bank.
- Not to submit fees in cash.
Hall Ticket Rules for SSC Supplementary Exam 2026
The Maharashtra Board has clarified that hall tickets will not be issued unless the prescribed examination fees for all submitted applications are paid successfully.
You are advised to stay in touch with your schools to ensure payment completion before the deadline.
No Extension in SSC Supplementary Exam 2026 Dates
The Board has strictly stated that:
- No extension will be granted for regular fee applications
- No extension will be granted for late fee applications.
Students and schools must complete the entire process within the prescribed timeline.
The Board has also mentioned that dates for super late fee applications will be announced separately later.
