All secondary schools and junior colleges are required to print and issue the online hall tickets for the Std. 10 (SSC) and Std. 12 (HSC) June–July 2025 Board examinations to their students. Following are the instructions given by the MSBSHSE:
- The admit card should be printed, and the Principal's seal and signature should be affixed on it.
- When printing the HSC/SSC June–July 2025 Hall Ticket online, schools and colleges must not charge any separate fee from students.
- Admit cards will only be available for students whose applications show the status ‘Paid.’ These students can access and print their admit cards under the ‘Paid Status Admit Card’ option.
- Students who submitted their application forms late and have been assigned an extra seat number by the Divisional Board can access their admit cards under the ‘Extra Seat No Admit Card’ option.
- If there are any mistakes in the name, mother’s name, date of birth, or any other personal details on the downloaded admit card, or if there are changes in the subject or medium, contact the departmental board directly to have these corrections made as per the usual procedure.
- For students whose applications have not been marked as ‘Paid,’ once the payment is made, their status will be updated, and their admit cards will be available under the ‘Late Paid Status Admit Card’ option.
- If the student’s photo on the hall ticket is unclear or defective, the student’s revised photo must be pasted on the admit card, and the Headmaster/Principal should stamp and sign it.
- If a student loses their HSC and SSC Board June–July 2025 admit card, the concerned school or college should print a duplicate and issue it to the student. The duplicate admit card should have the note ‘Duplicate’ written in red ink to indicate it is a reprint.
The Maharashtra HSC and SSC June–July 2025 supplementary exams are an important event for students, and the release of the hall tickets marks the beginning of the final preparations. All students should now be focused on reviewing their syllabus, revising key concepts, and ensuring they are fully ready for the exam day. Good luck to all the students!
