Registration Dates Extended for Maharashtra HSC Board Exams 2026 Regular Students

The Maharashtra State Board (MSBSHSE) has officially released a notice extending the deadlines for registration for Std. 12 Board exams 2026. Let us understand what is the new deadline for registration and who all are eligible for registration.

Eligibility for Registration of Maharashtra Std. 12 Board Exams 2026

The following students must submit their Maharashtra HSC applications 2026 through their respective college principals:

  • Regular students enrolled in Science, Arts, and Commerce streams.
  • Students enrolled in Vocational Courses (HSC Vocational Stream).
  • Repeaters from all the streams, that is, Science, Arts, and Commerce.
  • Private candidates who have received an Enrollment Certificate.
  • Students taking additional or minor subjects, as well as those under the Category Improvement Scheme
  • Students choosing subjects through ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Transfer of Credit system.

Extended Deadlines for Registration of Maharashtra Std. 12 Board Exams 2026

Candidate Type Extended Dates for Registration
Regular students, students from vocation courses, repeaters, private students with enrollment certificate, students under Category Improvement Scheme, and students under the Transfer of Credit system. 1 October, 2025 to 20 October, 2025

Important Instructions for Registration of Std. 12 Board Exams 2026

  • Junior colleges must pay the examination fee via RTGS/NEFT for students who submit HSC Maharashtra applications 2026 during the extended deadlines.
  • After the successful payment, the Application Status changes from ‘Draft’ to ‘Send to Board’ and Payment Status changes from ‘Not Paid’ to ‘Paid’.
  • Submission of RTGS/NEFT receipts along with the student lists and pre-lists will be communicated later.
  • All colleges must ensure the college profile, including college details, recognised subjects, and teaching staff information, is correctly filled before submitting application forms of Std. 12 students.

Pre-List Verification Process for Maharashtra HSC Board Exam 2026

  • The Pre-List will be made available to respective colleges via the college login.
  • Colleges must print the Pre-List and verify that the information matches the general register maintained by them.
  • Students must sign the Pre-List to confirm the accuracy of their details.
  • The principal of the respective colleges must sign and stamp each page of the Pre-List after verification is completed.

Important Guidelines for Online Registration for Std. 12 Board exams 2026

  • Regular students: You must submit your applications online via UDISE+ using the PEN-ID. If you are not registered in UDISE+, then you must enter the full details to submit the application.
  • Repeaters, private candidates, students under Category Improvement or taking minor subjects, ITI students, and vocational stream students: If your details are not mentioned in UDISE+, then you must submit applications online through the prescribed method on the specified dates as mentioned by the State Board.
  • APAAR-ID: If you have an APAAR-ID, you must note it while filling the application form.
