Online registration starts and ends
  1. You need to register and submit the application online, including your college preferences.
  2. You can choose at least one and up to ten Junior Colleges you want to join.
  3. Colleges will be assigned based on your preferences, your marks, and any reservation if applicable.
  4. You can also apply for special quotas (like Management, In-house, or Minority) at the same time—this is called the Zero Round.
  5. Remember, you must give your consent after each round of allotment.
  6. If you don’t get admitted in a round, you can change or update your preferences and streams before the next round.
May 21, 2025 (11:00 AM) to May 28, 2025 (6:00 PM)
Provisional merit list release - May 30, 2025 (11:00 AM)
Correction and grievance time
  1. If you find any mistakes or have objections in the Provisional General Merit List, you can submit them through the ‘Grievance Redressal’ option in your student login.
  2. The Deputy Director of Education will review and address your grievances or correction requests online. They will then finalise the decisions and update the merit list accordingly.
May 30 – June 1, 2025 (till 4:00 PM)
Final merit list release - June 3, 2025 (4:00 PM)
College allotment date
  1. Preparation of the merit list of all eligible candidates and allocate seats accordingly.
  2. Zero Round of seat allocation specifically for Management, In-House, and Minority Quotas.
  3. The divisional CAP committees carefully review and audit all seat allocations to ensure everything is fair and accurate.
June 5, 2025
College list publication
  1. The Junior College allotment list for the round will be available on the portal.
  2. Students can see their allotted Junior College details by logging into their student account.
  3. Junior Colleges will also receive the list of students allotted to them.
  4. The cut-off list for the admission round will be published on the portal for everyone to check.
June 6, 2025 (10:00 AM)
Document upload period
  1. If you’re happy with the Junior College you’ve been allotted, click “Proceed For Admission” in your student login. Then, report to the allotted college for document verification, pay the required fees, and confirm your admission.
  2. If you don’t want to take admission in the allotted college, you can choose to participate in the next round. Colleges will update admission status—confirmation, rejection, or cancellation—through their login.
  3. If you get your first-choice college, you must take admission there. If you don’t, you’ll be blocked from participating in Regular Rounds 2 to 4 and can only join from the Open Round onwards.
  4. If you want to cancel your confirmed admission, you must request the college to cancel it. After cancellation, you will also be restricted from the consequent Regular Round and can only apply from the next round.
