Here’s a big update for students planning to pursue B.HMCT, BCA, BBA, BMS, or BBM in Maharashtra.
For the academic year 2026–27, the State Common Entrance Test Cell has officially decided to conduct single unified CET instead of separate entrance exams for these courses. The new exam will be called: MAH–B.HMCT/BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM–CET 2026.

Why One Common CET Exam for B.HMCT, BCA, BBA, BMS and BBM?
All these courses share the same eligibility criteria.
Thus, a single combined exam means:
- Less exam stress
- One streamlined application
- Fewer dates to track
And absolutely no confusion about which CET applies to which course.
MAH B.HMCT/BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 Exam Duration and Syllabus
The State CET Cell has confirmed that the exam duration for the common test will remain: 120 minutes
