The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a public notice regarding the facility for changing examination preferences in CUET (UG) 2026 Examination. This notice brings an important clarification for candidates seeking modifications in their allotted examination details.

NTA Revises CUET UG 2026 Exam Centre Change Facility
According to the latest notification, the facility introduced earlier for selecting preferred Examination State, City, Date, and Shift has now been revised due to logistical and operational challenges.
The public notice clearly mentions that those of you who had already submitted requests for changing their examination city, date, or shift should note the following:
- Only the request for change of examination state or city will be considered.
- Requests for change in examination date and examination shift will not be accepted.
- The originally allotted examination date and shift will remain unchanged.
Facility to Change CUET UG 2026 Exam City
If you still wish to submit a request for change in your examination location, you can do so within the extended deadline.
The NTA has advised all of you to apply only for change of examination state and city while using the facility available till 07 May, 2026 up to 11:50 p.m.
