The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Provisional Answer Key for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2025. The exam was held between 13 May 2025 to 4 June 2025 in multiple shifts across the country and abroad. Around 13.54 lakh candidates appeared for this year’s exam.
Candidates who wish to check the provisional answer key and their recorded responses can do so on the official website.
How to Challenge the CUET (UG) 2025 Provisional Answer Key:
If any candidate finds any mistake in the provisional answer key, they can raise objections by paying a fee of ₹200 per question. This fee is non-refundable.

Step-by-Step Process to Challenge CUET (UG) 2025 the Answer Key:
- Visit CUET-UG official website
- Click on ‘Challenge(s) regarding Answer Key’.
- Login using your Application Number and Password.
- Click ‘View Question Paper’ to check your marked responses and the answer key.
- Match the Question ID from your paper with the one in the answer key.
- Select the question you want to challenge and upload supporting documents in PDF format.
- Click ‘Submit and review Claims’.
- Modify claims if needed by clicking ‘Modify your Claims’, or click ‘Final Submit’.
- Pay the fee by clicking ‘Pay Now’.
- Once payment is done, your claim will be submitted successfully.
What Happens Next?
- All objections raised will be checked by experts.
- If any challenge is accepted, the answer key will be revised accordingly.
- The final result will be declared based on the updated answer key.
- Candidates will not receive personal communication about the acceptance or rejection of their challenge.
