The National Yoga Olympiad was started in 2016 as a follow-up to the International Day of Yoga, which is celebrated every year on 21 June. It is a camp conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training in the ambit of the Ministry of Education with the aim of popularising Yoga amongst the school children.
All the school heads of affiliated schools have been requested by CBSE to provide this information to students and motivate them to join the National Yoga Olympiad 2026.

National Yoga Olympiad 2026 Dates
Due to the current pandemic scenario, this year's National Yoga Olympiad will be online as per the CBSE circular.
