The theme of the CBSE-CVC Poster Making Competition 2026 is:
“सत्यनिष्ठा से समृद्धि” – “Probity for Prosperity”
You can create your poster in either Hindi or English. The CBSE guidelines place emphasis on the originality of ideas and intellectual honesty.

If you are participating, make sure your poster follows the requirements given by CBSE.
Poster Size and Orientation
Your poster must:
- Be in A2 size
- Follow a Landscape orientation
Language and Medium
You can prepare your poster in either:
- Hindi, or
- English
Avoid Plagiarism
Your poster should contain your original ideas and creative work. CBSE has clearly stated that plagiarism at any stage will result in disqualification.
What Details Should You Include With Your Poster?
Each entry must clearly mention the details specified by CBSE in Annexure A.
You need to provide:
- Topic
- Name of the student
- Father’s/Mother’s/Guardian's na.m.e
- Class
- Mobile number
- Email address
- School name and address
- School contact details, including mobile number and email address
How Will Schools Submit the CBSE-CVC Poster Competition Entries?
The competition will first be evaluated at the school level.
Each school will select its three best entries. These three entries must then be uploaded on the CBSE portal between.
The upload link will be provided to schools on the CBSE Academic website on 25 September, 2026.
CBSE Poster Competition 2026 File Requirements
The selected entries must be submitted in any one of these formats:
- JPG
- PNG
The maximum file size for each entry is 2 MB.
Schools must upload the entries and students' participation details within given time.

CBSE will organise a webinar to create awareness about the competition and encourage wider participation among students.

The webinar will provide awareness about the competition and encourage students to participate.
CBSE-CVC Poster Competition 2026 Evaluation Process
The evaluation will take place in stages.
First, the school will evaluate the posters and select its three best entries. These entries will be uploaded to the CBSE portal.
After submission, the entries received by CBSE will be evaluated by a team of Art and Language experts.
CBSE will then select the best 25 entries in order of merit after evaluation.
Out of these, the top 10 entries selected at the national level will be honoured during Vigilance Awareness Week 2026. All 25 best entries will also be part of an exhibition during the week.
Recognition at School Level
The three best entries selected by each school may also be suitably recognised by the school during Vigilance Awareness Week 2026.
The Principal or Head of School may honour the selected students during the week.
CBSE-CVC Poster Competition 2026 Evaluation Criteria
The posters will be evaluated on four major areas, with a maximum score of 16 marks.
Each assessment area carries a maximum of 4 marks, making the total score 16 marks.
1. Originality and Creativity
Your poster should demonstrate a fresh and distinctive approach. The evaluation will consider how imaginative and creative the ideas are.
2. Expression and Organisation
The content should be clearly expressed and well organised. The evaluation will also consider how easily the message can be followed.
3. Aesthetic and Visual Impact
The visual presentation of your poster will be assessed based on its composition, design elements, use of space and overall visual appeal.
4. Message and Relevance to the Theme
Your poster should communicate its message clearly and effectively while remaining relevant to the theme “Probity for Prosperity”.
Vigilance Awareness Week 2026
The CBSE-CVC Poster Making Competition 2026 is being organised before Vigilance Awareness Week 2026, which will be observed from 26 October to 1 November, 2026.
The Central Vigilance Commission is the apex body responsible for preventing corruption and promoting integrity in public administration. According to the CBSE circular, the initiative aims to encourage values among students and support their development as responsible, ethical and committed citizens.
