You can access your CBSE 12th Supplementary Result 2026 through the DigiLocker Results Portal.

Your digital academic documents will also be available through DigiLocker as applicable.

Who Appeared for the CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Exam 2026?

The CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026 was conducted for three categories of students:

Compartment Candidates

If you could not secure the qualifying marks in one of the five mandatory subjects, you appeared under the compartment category.

Candidates with Six Subjects

Students who had been declared passed by replacing a main subject with an additional subject could appear again for the main subject in which they had not secured the qualifying marks.

Improvement Candidates

If you had already passed the CBSE Class 12 examination but wanted to improve your performance in one subject, you could appear under the improvement category.

The CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026 pass percentage for the compartment category is 53.08%. This is higher than the 38.36% pass percentage recorded for the compartment category in 2025.

CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2026: What Happens After the Result?

If you are waiting for your academic documents after the CBSE 12th Supplementary Result 2026, the Board has provided the following information.

School-Wise CBSE Supplementary Results

CBSE will communicate school-wise results to schools through their registered email addresses. Schools can also access students' digital academic documents through the repository using the credentials already provided by CBSE.

CBSE Students Studying Abroad

If you are studying in a CBSE-affiliated school abroad, you can also access your result and digital academic documents through DigiLocker.

Printed Marksheet-Cum-Passing Certificate

Printed marksheet-cum-passing certificates for regular students, including students studying abroad, will be supplied through their respective schools.

If you are a private candidate, your digital academic documents will be available through DigiLocker. Printed documents will be sent to your registered address. 

However, private candidates under the Delhi East and Delhi West Regional Offices can collect their printed documents from the examination centres from which they appeared.

The Board has stated that details of CBSE Class 12 Supplementary Result 2026 post-result services facilities will be notified separately through an official circular.
