The National Testing Agency has officially announced the conduct of the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination for undergraduate medical admissions across India. In continuation of the earlier update about NEET (UG) re-examination date, the NTA has now confirmed that you will also be given the opportunity to update your present address and change your preferred examination city.

If you wish to change your NEET (UG) 2026 re- examination city due to a change in your current address, you can now update your preferences online through the official NEET (UG) website.

NEET UG 2026 City Change Window Dates

You can update your present address, first preferred examination city, and second preferred examination city through the official NEET website.

Note: No correction in application particulars will be allowed except present address and choice of examination city.

Important Instructions for NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam

• No fee will be charged for updating the present address or city preferences.
• Existing examination city choices will remain unchanged for candidates who do not use this facility.
• No requests for changes will be entertained after the deadline.

Important Note: The NTA has not yet announced the dates for city intimation slip and admit card download. These details will be notified later on the official websites.
