This signals that the most important phase of your medical journey is just around the corner. So, it’s time to enter your credentials, verify the details, download your hall ticket, and gear up for the exam ahead.
What Information is Provided in the NEET (UG) 2025 Admit Card?
Your NEET (UG) 2025 admit card is the key to entering the examination hall. It includes important details such as:
- Your Name and Personal Information: Double-check this section to ensure your name, age, and other details like date of birth, application ID are accurate.
- Exam Center Details: This will tell you the name and address of your exam centre, so you need to know exactly where you’re going. Make sure the address is correct.
- Date and Timing of the Exam: The admit card will also mention your exam date and timing.
- Instructions for Exam Day: Pay close attention to the exam-day guidelines. They will provide information on what you can and cannot bring to the exam hall as well as dress code.
What Should You Do Now?
- Download Your Admit Card: The first step is simple—visit the official NEET website. Make sure you do this well in advance to avoid any last-minute mistakes.
- Login: Login through your Application Number and password. Enter the CAPTCHA and click on submit.
- Verify All the Details: After downloading, carefully check every detail on the admit card. Is your name spelled correctly? Is the exam centre accurate? If you spot any errors, contact the NEET authorities immediately to get them corrected.
- Take a Printout of the Admit Card: The admit card must be printed, as there are certain details that need to be filled in both before the exam and on the day of the exam. Additionally, you must bring the physical copy of the admit card to the exam center.
Fill the Necessary Details Before the Exam
When you receive your NEET (UG) 2025 admit card, it’s important to fill out the self-declaration section before heading to the exam center. Here’s a breakdown of the steps:
a) First Page
- Affix Passport-Sized Photo: On the first page, you need to affix a passport-sized photo in the designated box before the exam.
- Left Hand Thumb Impression: You must also affix your left hand thumb impression in the appropriate box. Make sure the thumb impression is clear and not smudged.
- Signature: Your signature should be left blank on the first page and must only be signed during the exam in the presence of the invigilator.
b) Second Page
- Affix Postcard-Sized Photo: On the second page, you need to attach a postcard-sized (4”×6”) color photo before reaching the exam center. This photo should be the same as the one you placed on the first page, just in the size mentioned above.
- Invigilator’s Signature: On the day of the exam, the invigilator will sign on the right side of the postcard-sized photo and in the box provided below.
- Candidate’s Signature: You, the candidate, will need to sign on the left side of the postcard-sized photo as well as in the box given below on the day of exam.
c) Third Page
Make sure to read all the instructions provided on the third page of your NEET (UG) 2025 admit card thoroughly. This page contains essential guidelines that will help you understand the rules and regulations for the exam day.
Exam-Day Checklist
To help you stay organised and avoid any last-minute stress, here’s a quick checklist for the exam day:
- Admit Card (Printed): Printout of your admit card with declaration form (undertaking).
- Photo ID Proof: You must carry your updated Aadhar card for ID proof.
- Photographs: Carry 2–3 photos which are the same as uploaded in the application form.
- Personal Items: Carry a water bottle (transparent). Don’t carry personal items.
- Dress Code: NEET has a specific dress code, so check the guidelines to avoid any last-minute surprises.
