You must submit the application form online within the specified dates. After submission, applicants will be given an edit window to correct most details in the form. However, certain fields cannot be modified, including:
- Name
- Nationality
- Email ID
- Mobile number
- Aadhaar number
- Selected test city
The correction facility will only be available for applications where the payment has been successfully completed.
NEET-MDS 2026 Final Image Correction Window
A separate final selective edit window will be provided to correct image-related errors. You can rectify issues in the following uploads:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Thumb impression
After this correction period closes, no additional opportunity for modifications will be given.
NEET-MDS 2026 Exam and Result Timeline
The NEET-MDS 2026 examination will be conducted on 2 May, 2026, and candidates must complete their compulsory internship by 31 May, 2026 to remain eligible for admission.
The NEET MDS 2026 results are expected to be declared by 2 June, 2026, after which the counselling and admission process will follow.
