The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released an important notification regarding the submission of application forms for the HSC (Class 12) Board Examination 2026 to be held in February–March 2026.
According to the circular, the Board has extended the deadline for submission of exam forms with late fees. Students and junior colleges must strictly adhere to the revised schedule and follow the prescribed online procedure.

Who Needs to Fill the HSC Application Form 2026?
The circular applies to the following categories:
- Regular students appearing for the HSC 2026 examination.
- Vocational course students (HSC Vocational).
- Repeaters and re-examinees of all streams.
- Private candidates who have received their Enrollment Certificates.
- Students applying under Grade Improvement, Isolated Subjects, and ITI Transfer of Credit categories.
How to Fill HSC Application Form 2026?

Regular Students:
Application forms must be filled online through UDISE+ using PEN-ID, via their respective junior colleges.

Other Categories (Private, Repeaters, Vocational, ITI, etc.):
Their forms must be filled through the existing online process available on www.mahahsscboard.in.

Pre-List Verification:
After submission, colleges can download the Pre-List from their college login.
- Verify all student details as per the General Register.
- Obtain students’ signatures confirming the accuracy of information.
- Principals must sign and stamp every page of the verified Pre-list.

Payment Guidelines:
All exam fees must be paid via RTGS/NEFT only.
Payments should be made to the ICICI Bank Virtual Account mentioned on the online challan. Colleges must ensure that:
- The amount is accurately debited from their account.
- The Account Number and IFSC Code are correct.
- The payment status changes from ‘Not Paid’ to ‘Paid’ and application status from ‘Draft’ to ‘Send to Board’ after payment.
- Applications that remain in “Draft Mode” will not be considered as submitted.
Important Notes
- No further extension will be granted for late form submissions.
- Exam hall tickets (admit cards) will be issued only after payment confirmation.
- Junior colleges must ensure that their College Profile, subjects, and teacher information are updated in the Board system before form submission.
