Maharashtra HSC 2027 Application Form Dates
The HSC 2027 application forms are to be submitted online through the official Maharashtra State Board website.
The schedule covers regular students from Science, Arts and Commerce.
HSC 2027 Application Form Fee Schedule
- Regular fee: 14 August, 2026 to 31 August, 2026
- Late fee: 31 October, 2026 to 15 November, 2026
- Late fee of ₹50 per student per day: 16 November, 2026 to 30 November, 2026
- Submission of fee receipts and student pre-lists to the Divisional Board: 7 December, 2026
No extension will be given for the application submission dates, so you should complete the process within the prescribed schedule.
How Will Regular Students Fill the Maharashtra HSC 2027 Form?
If you are a regular student, your HSC 2027 application form will be filled using your online FYJC data from 2025-26 instead of the PFN-ID in the SARAL system.
If your details are not available in online FYJC, you will need to submit the required information to the concerned Divisional Board as instructed. The same process applies to MCVC and ITI students whose details are not available online.
Who Else Needs to Fill the HSC 2027 Application Form?
The online FYJC data does not include details of certain categories of students. Therefore, the application forms of the following students will be filled online according to the prescribed procedure:
- Re-examinees
- Private candidates with an Enrollment Certificate
- Students appearing under the upgradation scheme
- Students appearing with rare subjects
- ITI students taking Transfer of Credit
- HSC Vocational students

Verify Your Details Carefully
After the applications are submitted, the Pre-List will be made available through the College Login. Your Junior College will print and verify the details against the General Register.
You should carefully check the information in the application form and sign the pre-list to confirm that your details are correct. The Principal will also sign and stamp every page of the pre-list.
This verification is important as the Board has noted that errors can occur in details such as the student's name and date of birth.
Check Your APPAR-ID
If your APPAR-ID is available, it should be noted while filling in the application form.
Check Your Application and Payment Status
After the prescribed fees are deposited, the college should verify that:
- The application status changes from “Draft” to “Send to Board”.
- The payment status changes from “Not Paid” to “Paid”.
Only applications showing “Send to Board” and “Paid” status will be considered as received by the Board for further processing.
Maharashtra HSC 2027 Photo Guidelines
You will need to upload a recent professionally taken colour passport-size photograph with your application form.
HSC 2027 Photo Requirements
- The photograph must be in JPG/JPEG format.
- The file size should be 25 KB to 40 KB.
- The photograph should have been taken within the last six months.
- The photo should be clear and in colour.
- The background should be white or plain.
- Your face should be clearly visible and facing the camera.
- Both eyes and ears should be open.
- Hair or a mask should not cover your face.
- You should preferably wear your official school uniform.
- If you wear glasses, make sure there is no glare affecting your eyes.
Photos in formats such as PNG or BMP must be saved in JPG format. The Board has also stated that the photograph cannot be changed after the application is sent to the Board and the admit cards are prepared.
Important Payment Instructions for HSC 2027
Higher Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges must select the required students through the website and pay the exact application fee through the SBI Bank online payment gateway.
The Board has instructed colleges to submit the challan copy and pre-list to the Divisional Board within the prescribed timeline.
Note: Old bank currency that was previously in use should not be used, and application fees will not be accepted in cash at the Board.
No Extension for Maharashtra HSC 2027 Application Forms
The Maharashtra State Board has clearly stated that no extension will be provided for the application form submission dates.
If you are appearing for the Maharashtra HSC February-March 2027 Examination, make sure you coordinate with your Junior College and complete the required application formalities within the prescribed schedule.
