90 Minute Window (A/B Section Locking) in MHT-CET

3. Eat Well Before the Exam

You can’t bring food or drinks into the exam hall. So eat a good meal before you leave home. Having energy will help you stay focused.

4. Carry Your Admit Card and ID

Don’t forget your admit card and a valid photo ID. These are your tickets to get into the exam hall.

5. Stay Calm and Focused

When you get into the exam room, read all the instructions carefully. Don’t panic! Keep a cool head and focus on the questions.

6. Start with What You Know

Start answering questions from the section that feels easiest to you. This way, you can build some confidence and get into a good rhythm.

7. Manage Your Time Well

Since each section is timed, make sure you don’t spend too long on any one question.

Skip tough ones and come back to them later if you have time.

8. Use Mental Mathematics

4. Don’t Bring Food or Bags

You can’t bring food, water bottles, or bags into the exam room. Leave them outside the hall if you have them.

5. Don’t Start with Difficult Questions

It might be tempting to dive into the toughest questions first, but try to avoid that. Starting with questions you’re unsure about can waste time and stress you out. Focus on easier questions first, then tackle the hard ones.

6. Don’t Overthink the Questions

The MHT-CET exam doesn’t have negative marking. Hence there is no penalty for guessing. Don’t waste too much time on a question you’re stuck on—just skip it and come back later.

7. Do Not Cheat

If a candidate cheats or uses unfair methods during the exam, they will face punishment under the ‘Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act, Universities, Board, and Other Specified Examination Act, 1982,’ and will be disqualified from the MHT-CET 2025 exam.

8. Do Not Leak Question Papers

If any person or officer involved in organising the MHT-CET 2025 is found to be leaking the question paper or helping others cheat, they will face legal action under the Indian Penal Code.

Documents Required for MHT-CET 2025
