CET CAP 2026 Admission: Reserved Category Candidates
These guidelines were for admissions to various professional degree and postgraduate degree courses for the academic year 2026–27.
As part of the online admission process, you are required to upload the necessary documents if you wish to claim the benefits of reserved categories such as:
- Orphan
- Defence
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
- Minority
These documents are used to prepare the merit list and allocate seats during the admission process.
Upload Only Genuine Reservation Documents
If you are applying under any reserved category, you must ensure that the documents you upload are genuine and accurate.
If the documents submitted for reservation benefits are found to be incorrect, false, forged, or misleading during verification or at any stage after verification, your candidature will be cancelled immediately.
Additionally, legal action will be initiated against the concerned candidate as per the applicable rules.
Original Document Verification Mandatory for Institutes
All institutes offering these courses are required to verify the original documents of candidates before granting admission.
If an institute admits a candidate without properly verifying the original documents, legal action will also be taken against the concerned institute.
