The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the 3030 Eklavya Online Series on Computational Thinking (CT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and STEM. The online series will begin from 15 August, 2026 in collaboration with the Centre for Creative Learning (CCL), IIT Gandhinagar.
CBSE 3030 Eklavya Online Series Begins from 15 August
The 3030 Eklavya Online Series has been planned to help learners build conceptual understanding and practical application of Computational Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, and STEM.
CBSE has already released the curriculum framework for Computational Thinking (CT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Classes 3 to 8. The aim is to prepare students to become AI-ready learners by developing logical thinking, problem-solving, pattern recognition, and an understanding of how AI is used in everyday life.

Who Can Join the Programme?
The programme is meant for teachers and students of Class 6 and above. Participation is voluntary, but registration is free and compulsory if you want to access the programme.
Session Schedule and Language
A total of 8 sessions will be conducted under this online series.

CPD Hours and Certification Details
For teachers of CBSE-affiliated schools, each episode will be counted as 3 CPD training hours against school-based training, provided the certificate is earned and the teacher’s name is included in the CCL-IIT Gandhinagar database.
The participation certificate is available for ₹200 plus taxes for all 8 episodes for teachers and students. A Certificate of Competency will also be issued for the 8-session course at ₹200 plus taxes to teachers who fulfil the prescribed norms. Details are available on the programme website.
