The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), Pune notified that students appearing for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Standard 10th Examination will be given additional concessional marks for excelling in the following categories:
classical art
drawing
participating in folk arts.
Date Extension for Submission of Proposal by Secondary Schools
There were demands from various levels to extend the proposal submission dates for classical art, drawing, and folk art. As a result, the deadline was extended to February 8, 2023.
Secondary schools, however, were unable to submit proposals within the specified extended period due to technical difficulties.
To ensure that any eligible student is not deprived of extra marks, an extension is being given for the acceptance of proposals in classical art, drawing, and folk art from secondary schools until March 20, 2023, up to 5:00 p.m.
Instruction from MSBSHSE to Associated Schools and Authorities
It is essential to keep in mind that, after the current extension expires, no extension will be allowed under any circumstances.
The extension of time should be brought to the attention of all secondary schools in the jurisdiction, and everyone involved should be warned about the need to act within the time limit.
Also, the concerned should make sure that publicity should be given in this regard from their level and that eligible student will not be deprived of the concession marks.
